✅ 2. Practice Common Questions – Prepare answers for common interview questions and practice them out loud.

✅ 3. Dress Professionally – Choose an outfit that aligns with the company’s dress code and makes you feel confident.

✅ 4. Use the STAR Method – When answering experience-based questions, structure your response using Situation, Task, Action, and Result.

✅ 5. Speak Clearly and Confidently – Maintain eye contact, smile, and avoid filler words like “um” and “uh.”

✅ 6. Stay Positive – Even if you discuss challenges, focus on how you overcame them and what you learned.

✅ 7. Ask Thoughtful Questions – Show interest in the role and company by asking insightful questions.

✅ 8. Follow Up – Send a polite thank-you email after the interview to express appreciation and reinforce your enthusiasm.

As I mentioned earlier, the mirror technique is a powerful way to improve your speaking confidence.

I encourage you to try this method for at least a month before you start preparing for your interview.

Simply stand in front of a mirror, say the interview phrases aloud, and observe your facial expressions and body language.

This helps you become more aware of how you sound and look, making you feel more natural and confident when speaking.

🤝 Soft Skills Are Essential – Adaptability, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence are just as important as technical skills.

How to Prepare for These Changes Before & After Your Interview

✅ Stay Updated on Industry Trends – Follow news, take online courses, and network with professionals in your field.

✅ Showcase Adaptability – In your interview, highlight moments where you adapted to change or learned something new quickly.

✅ Build a Digital Presence – A strong LinkedIn profile and an online portfolio can set you apart. Employers often check social media and online profiles before making a decision.
